If you want to add recycle to your weekly trash pickup it will cost you $20 per month, and a $10 one time receptacle delivery, then billed quarterly. Minimum of 50% homeowners participation required to make it work.

Storm door survey
Current HOA covenants restrict storm doors. If you want to change this restriction, it will require a 66% pro vote from home owners at a special meeting. Storm doors will be uniform in color and other than sizes, they will be exactly the same in appearance.
